SMALL STEPS. A STRONGER PRESENCE.

Build a profile that shows your value.

A practical guide from your first bio to a page ready to share. Read, try and make it your own.

01

INTRODUCE YOURSELF

A bio that answers: what do you offer?

Name your niche, the content you create and what makes your style distinct. Use words a brand understands, and include only experience and numbers you can support.

IN PRACTICEI create product demo videos for coffee brands and cafés, with a warm, approachable style. Explore my work and packages to find an idea that fits your brand.

02

SHOW THE WORK

Choose clear examples, not just links.

Start with 3 varied examples. Give each one a clear cover, a descriptive title and a couple of lines about your role and the result. Label personal samples as examples rather than paid collaborations.

IN PRACTICEProduct demo · 30 seconds · Concept, filming and editing by me. A personal sample that shows my style.

MAKE YOUR OFFER CLEAR

A clear package makes the conversation easier.

Set the number of photos or videos, length, delivery time and revisions. Discuss usage and advertising rights before agreeing, and clarify whether posting on your own channels is included.

IN PRACTICEOne vertical video · up to 30 seconds · delivery in 5 days · one revision. Posting on my channels and ad usage are agreed separately.

TAKE YOUR PAGE WITH YOU

In your bio, on your card, at every meeting.

After publishing, copy your link or download its QR code from Publish & share. Test it with another phone before printing and keep the white space around the code. If you change your URL name, download a new code and replace old copies.

IN PRACTICESaved edits update your page. The QR code keeps opening the same link as long as your URL name stays unchanged.

HELP PEOPLE FIND YOUR FIT

Clarity works for people and search engines.

Use an accurate name and headline, select your country and languages, and add your real social accounts. Published profiles get a title, description, structured data and sitemap links. Search engines determine indexing and ranking; these cannot be guaranteed.

IN PRACTICEDrafts stay private. Publishing makes your profile available in the creator directory and to search engines.
